The process of refining
In a house from the 17th century, historic Oslo and modern Scandinavia meet. The name Einer refers to our own roots and to the Nordic-inspired food we serve. In the open kitchen, old cooking traditions such as smoking, fermentation, salting and pickling will be preserved in a menu that will be constantly changing based on the season's best ingredients.
We serve two menus - one vegetarian and one with the best from sea and land. The menu is available as five or eight dishes. Most of the menu is from the Norwegian farmer not far from us. That's when the food tastes best.
